Silly shovelers
To the editor:
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it a city ordinance to clear sidewalks (and other public rights of way) 24 hours after a storm? Seems the majority of residents sensing the city will say, “We’re too busy to enforce that ordinance” have decided to take a let’s-wait-’til-it-melts position.
It says a lot for all these able-bodied students and non-registered landlords around town and makes those of us silly enough to actually clear our walks look like fools.
