Area Boys Roundup: Ottawa hammers Bonner Springs

— Ottawa High scored 51 second-half points to hold off Bonner Springs in the Cyclones' 81-59 boys basketball rout on Tuesday.

Chris Hermrick led Ottawa (11-3) with 17 points. Ross Thompson added 16 and Michael Cation scored 13 off the bench.

Ottawa will travel to Kansas City Turner on Friday.
