Fox fan

To the editor:

Let me preface my editorial to say that I am not against religion, hunting or politics.

But I was very upset to see the notice Sunflower Broadband placed in the Journal-World last Sunday that unless Fox 4 station blinks first by Dec. 31 it is going to be dropped off. Let me get this straight, there are stations for religion, outdoor hunting and two channels for politics, and Sunflower is going to drop one of the best stations for various programs from their lineup?

I do not know how many other subscribers are as upset as me, but I hope if you enjoy Fox 4 various programs, (i.e. news, “The Simpsons,” NFL, original shows) call the Sunflower and let them hear your opinion. I am sure there is some bullying going on by Fox 4, but let’s see how good the Sunflower negotiators are.

Why do we not cut to the chase and raise the rate and keep Fox 4? That is the problem with monopoly. Oh, by the way, they are going to add the “soap opera” channel on the same day they are planning to drop Fox 4.

Whoop dee doo.
