We’re renaming this page, and you can help

The Journal-World’s Teen Advisory Board is already thinking of ways to make our 18 and Under Page better.

At its initial meeting Aug. 5, the board agreed the page needed a name change and that they wanted you to help with that task. What do you think would be a good name for this page? We want to hear your ideas.

Members of the Journal-World Teen Advisory Board talk about story ideas for the 18 and Under page with Journal-World arts-features editor Jan Biles, standing. The board had its first meeting in early August and plans to meet monthly throughout the year. Students from a number of area schools are on the board.

You can e-mail your suggestions to teens@ljworld.com or send to Teens, c/o Jan Biles, arts-features editor, Lawrence Journal-World, 645 N.H., Lawrence, 66044.

From the suggestions, the advisory board will select about five finalists for readers to vote on. The suggestion that receives the most votes will become the new name for the page.
