Basore-Butell

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Basore of rural Bentley announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Basore, Wichita, to Jason Butell, Wichita, son of Steve Butell and Linda Anderson, Baldwin.

The future bride is a 1994 graduate of Halstead High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in dietetics in 1998 from Kansas State University. She also is a 2000 graduate of Wichita State University’s physician assistant program. She is employed as a physician assistant with Dr. Patrick S. Pevoto, obstetrics/gynecology/infertility, in Austin, Tex.

The future groom is a 1993 graduate of Baldwin High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Kansas State University in 1998. He is a graduate of the Capital Area Police Academy in Austin., Tex. He is employed by the city of Wichita as a crime scene investigator.

The couple plan a Sept. 28 wedding at United Methodist Church in Halstead.

Dave Seal, Lawrence, announces the engagement of his daughter, Jade Seal, to Seth Goldfogel, both of Castle Rock, Colo.

The future bride also is the daughter of Joyce Fenlon, Woodland Park, Colo. She is a graduate of Woodland Park High School. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colo. She is a second-grade teacher in Castle Rock, Colo.

The future groom is the son of Jeff and Debbie Goldfogel, Greenwood Village, Colo. He is a graduate of Cherry Creek High School in Greenwood Village. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. He is a business consultant with Accenture in Denver.
