Wilde visit

I wonder how many people in Lawrence are aware that Oscar Wilde lectured in Liberty Hall on April 21, 1882. So the 120th anniversary of his appearance is coming up. On the precise itinerary of Wilde’s trip to America in 1882, see Richard Ellmann’s biography “Oscar Wilde” (Alfred Knopf, 1988), pp. 187-191.
