She was born Dec. 13, 1926, in Lecompton, the daughter of Howard W. and Sarah (Morris) Sanford. She graduated from Lecompton High School and attended Lawrence Business College.

Mrs. Daniels worked at Hallmark Cards in the late 1940s. She was later a homemaker.

She was a member of Central United Methodist Church.

She married Clarence E. Daniels on Oct. 27, 1951, in Lawrence. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Mark Daniels, Stilwell; two daughters, Linda Bolton, Lawrence, and Tina Sinclair, Basehor; two sisters, Mary Sanford and Dorothy Daniels, both of Lawrence; a brother, Earl Sanford, Lecompton; and six grandsons.

Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today.

The family suggests memorials to the church, sent in care of the funeral home.
