 Adopt on first reading an ordinance rezoning approximately 144.74 acres to general industrial district. The property is generally located between East Eighth Street and East 11th Street, and is the site of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Adopt on second and final reading the following ordinances:

 Granting Phase II property tax abatement to Allen Press.

 Rezoning approximately 27.9 acres to single-family residence district. The property is generally located east of Queens Road, approximately 2300 feet north of West Sixth Street.

 Rezoning approximately 13.4 acres from agricultural to duplex residential district. The property is generally located east of Queens Road, approximately 673 feet north of West Sixth Street.

 Rezoning approximately 12.3 acres from agricultural to planned residential district. The property is generally located east of Queens Road, approximately a quarter-mile north of West Sixth Street.

Adopt the following resolutions:

 Declaring the vacant lot on the southwest corner of North Eighth and Lyon streets environmentally blighted, ordering the property owner to remove the blight within 20 days. Failure of the owner to comply will result in the city contracting to abate the environmental blight.

 Authorizing $400,000 in general obligation bond authority for public building improvements.

 Authorize drafting of ordinance to rezone a tract of land approximately 23.48 acres from suburban residential to planned residential to planned residential district. The property is located north of Clinton Parkway and west of Lake Alvamar. Submitted by The Peridian Group Inc. for Alvamar and Yankee Tank Investors, property owners of record.

 Approve preliminary development plan for The Ridge at Alvamar. This proposed townhouse development contains approximately 23.48 acres.  Consider planning commission’s recommendation of denial for preliminary development plan for Wakarusa Village, a planned commercial development to be located on the northeast corner of West Sixth Street and Wakarusa Drive.

The plan proposes 31 retail structures (133,416 square feet) and three restaurant structures (15,000 square feet). Submitted by Bartlett and West Engineers for Carolena Ltd. and Henrys Flower LLC, property owners of record.

 Receive staff report on the status of the repairs at 1307 Brook St., which was previously declared unsafe and dangerous and ordered repaired or removed by March 12.
