Lawrence Bicycle Club

Today Muffin ride departs at 8 a.m. from Broken Arrow Park, 31st and Louisiana streets, and heads to Lone Star Lake.

Sunday Show-n-go ride, a longer tour with varying destinations, begins at 8:30 a.m. in South Park. Bring money for snacks along the way.

Tuesday Stop-and-smell-the-roses ride departs at 6 p.m. from Constant Park, Fifth and Tennessee streets. Bring wider tires for the stop-and-smell-the-gravel option. Bring money for food and conversation afterward.

Thursday Vomit comet, a brisk 23-mile loop from Broken Arrow Park, 31st and Louisiana streets, to Vinland, Sibleyville and back. Stop-and-smell-the-vomit, a social ride to explore the roads south of Lawrence, leaves at 6:10 p.m. from the park.

Lawrence Parks and Recreation

Bhaktivana yoga
