  • A trailer parked at Stage Pro, 720 E. Ninth St., was stolen sometime between Aug. 27 and Monday, a Lawrence Police report said. The trailer contained more than $10,000 worth of lighting and stage equipment, the report said.
  • A 1993 Ford Conversion van was stolen sometime Wednesday or Thursday, a 37-year-old Lawrence man told police. The vehicle had been parked in the 1000 block of Massachusetts Street.

Police reports

  • Lawrence Police are investigating a threat made to an usher during last Saturday's Kansas University football game at Memorial Stadium. An usher said he had a confrontation with a man who was sitting on stadium steps. The usher said the man threatened to stab him and then left. No knife was seen, but the usher told police the suspect held his hand behind his back.
