Clay Westerlund graduated from the quartermaster and chemical equipment repairer advanced individual training course at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, Md.

He was trained to perform support maintenance on chemical equipment, quartermaster machinery, air heaters and special purpose equipment.

He is the son of Sky Westerlund, Lawrence.

Joshua Evans reported Aug. 30 to Neisbadan, Germany, with the 141st Signal Battalion. He will then move to Bosnia for six months. He is the son of Sue Evans, Lawrence.

Constance Kelley and Melissa Claggett have graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

During the training, they received instruction and practice in armed and unarmed combat and Army traditions.

Kelley is the wife of Maurice Kelley II, Lawrence.

Claggett is the daughter of Peggy and Rob Claggett, Eudora.
