PALO ALTO, CALIF. Kansas University's Tyler Hall tied for second overall at the Nelson-Stanford Invitational which concluded Sunday.
The Jayhawks placed fifth in the 15-team field.
Hall shot a final-round 67 to go with rounds of 70 and 71.
Kansas' third round 279 on the 6,786-yard Stanford University Golf Course was the best round of the day and marked KU's lowest single-round total of the fall.
Junior Chris Marshall fired a final round 72 to give him a total of 215, good for 24th. Seniors Travis Hurst and Casey Harbour tied for 31st.
