Grade levels tested: math (fourth, seventh, 10th), reading (fifth, eighth, 11th), science (fourth, seventh, 10th) and social studies (sixth, eighth, 11th).

The Kansas State Board of Education set five performance levels for state assessments. They are (top to bottom): advanced, proficient, satisfactory, basic and unsatisfactory. Percentages of a school's students in each category is reported.
