John Joseph James Talleur

He was born May 29, 1925, in Chicago, the son of Leo and Dorothy (Conn) Talleur.

Mr. Talleur was a professor emeritus of printmaking at Kansas University. He had retired after more than 40 years of teaching.

He had received his bachelor's degree at the Institute of Art, Chicago, and later received his master's degree from the University of Iowa.

Survivors include a daughter, Ann Talleur, Lawrence; and two grandchildren.
