KU golfers take second

— Kansas University's men's golf team tied for second on Tuesday at The Prestige, the Jayhawks' final tournament of the fall season, at the Desert Willow Golf Resort.

KU finished with 849 strokes for three rounds to tie Colorado (849). Washington won with 844 strokes.

Jayhawks Chris Marshall and Travis Hurst tied for 10th. Marshall shot a 68 in the final round and Hurst shot a 69. Both ended with 211 totals.

KU's next tournament is Feb. 13 in Hawaii.
