Criswell won the 200 free in 2:02.14 and the 500 free in 5:22.08.
Criswell also teamed with Shanna Felts, Bria DeSalvo and Brenna Graham to win the 200 freestyle relay in 1:48.65.
In diving, Free State senior Jessica Virtue won with 218.95 points.
Second-place finishers for the Firebirds were DeSalvo in the 100 freestyle (56.86) and the 400 freestyle relay team of Emmie Caplan, DeSalvo, Criswell and Felts.
Lawrence High was led by Megan Little, who placed second in the 100 backstroke (1:12.82) and third in the 200 individual medley (2:31.67).
The Lions placed second with 311 points and Free State third with 300. Host Manhattan won with 459 points.
