Lawrence High School students can enjoy a late night together in May after spinning their way through prom.
The second annual "After Prom Party" with food, activities and prizes will be 1 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. May 12 at Sport 2 Sport, 5200 Clinton Parkway. Prize drawings will be conducted throughout the night, said organizer Johnny Herod.
"We're requesting donations from local businesses to help make this a good and safe event for kids," Herod said.
Tickets can be purchased at LHS or at the door at Sport 2 Sport the night of the party. Lion's Pride and the LHS site council is sponsoring the event. For more information, contact Herod at 842-0410.
