STEVINSON, CALIF. Behind Travis Hurst's 36-hole score of 142 strokes, Kansas University's was tied for the lead of the Stevinson Ranch Invitational on Monday.
KU and Tulsa share the team lead with 597 strokes.
Hurst, a junior, shot 71-70141 and is a stroke behind leader Jason Higton of Pacific.
Other KU scores: Chris Marshall, tied for eighth, 150; Casey Harbour, tied for 11th, 151; Conrad Roberts, tied for 27th, 155; Andy Stewart, tied for 36th, 157; and Tyler Hall, 61st, 163.
