Services for Jesse A. Sanchez, 61, Lawrence, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, Topeka. Burial will be at Westlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Sanchez died Saturday, March 24, 2001, in a Topeka hospital.
He was born Nov. 11, 1939, in Topeka, the son of Jesse C. and Martha H. (Bristow) Sanchez.
Mr. Sanchez was a filter operator for the Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant, DeSoto.
He married Mary Lou Jones Jan. 26, 1963, in Topeka. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include his mother, Topeka; a son, Jeff, Eudora; three daughters, Lisa Sanchez, Lawrence, Julie Oleson and Tammy Reed, both of Linwood; three brothers, Joe, Ramon and Albert, all of Topeka; two sisters, Mary Pineda and Dolores Hanners, both of Topeka; and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where a rosary will be recited at 6 p.m.
