Pairs and Spares group marks St. Patrick's Day
The Pairs and Spares senior group at First Presbyterian Church, 2415 Clinton Parkway, will celebrate St. Patrick's Day at noon today in the fellowship hall.

Musician to speak at Lawrence Aglow
Stephanie Glenn, a singer and songwriter from St. Joseph, Mo., will perform during the Lawrence Aglow program from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Vermont Towers, 1101 Vt.
Glenn plays acoustic guitar and mixes her contemporary music style with a strong teaching ministry. She recently released her first independent CD of original songs, "Find Your Way Home."
Perry Methodist plans fiesta dinner
Perry - The Perry United Methodist Church, Third and Oak streets, plans a fiesta dinner after the 11 a.m. Sunday service.

St. John's serves annual fish fry dinners
St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 1234 Ky., is serving its annual Lenten fish fry dinners to benefit Lawrence Catholic School.
A fish fry dinner will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Fridays in the church basement. In addition to tonight, fish fries will be March 16, 23 and 30; and April 6.
An average of nearly 600 meals are served at each dinner. Last year, the church raised $11,000 for the school. For more information, call the church office at 843-0109.
"Stations," a musical dramaturgy based on the Stations of the Cross, will be presented at 7 p.m. Sunday at the church. The 5 p.m. Mass will be held in the church basement.
Bonnie Davis, Turtle Mountain Chippewa, will be featured at the Native Spirituality adult education class at 9:45 a.m. Sunday in the parish hall.
Parish recollection evenings will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and March 19 and 26 at the church.
Service features guest organist
The Rev. Anthony Jones, who is also an organist, will provide music for the service at 12:15 p.m. Sunday at Calvary Church of God in Christ, 646 Ala.
Mustard Seed slates spring retreat

First Baptist series features organ music

Chili supper benefits needy families
Michigan Valley Community Church will serve a chili and soup supper from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday. Proceeds will benefit the church's emergency fund, which helps needy families.
