Patton headed to Metro

March 6, 2001

Lawrence High senior Sean Patton, the 135-pound runner-up at the Class 6A state wrestling tournament, has been selected for the Metro Classic on March 13 at Kansas City, Kan., Community College. The event will begin at 7 p.m.

Patton will represent Team Kansas at 130 pounds.

Tickets are available for $5. Anyone interested, should contact LHS wrestling coach Jeff Tummons at 832-5050.
