Services for Sherry A. Conner, 52, Lawrence, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Cremation is planned, and inurnment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Ms. Conner died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2001, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born Oct. 25, 1948, in Lawrence, the daughter of Ernest Paul and Delores (Green) Haas. She graduated from Lawrence High School in 1966 and attended Kansas University for two years. She returned to Lawrence in 1979 after having lived in Rhode Island, Florida and California.
Ms. Conner was a commercial property owner in Lawrence and was a member of Doll Club, Flower Club, Quilting Club and Lawrence Fiber Arts Guild.
Survivors include two sons, Hilton Marque and James E. Conner, both of Lawrence.
A prayer service will be at 7 p.m. today at the mortuary.
The family suggests memorials to Douglas County 4-H Foundation, sent in care of the mortuary.
