Memorial services for Sandra Jean Holladay, 48, Lawrence, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
Cremation is planned, and inurnment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Ms. Holladay died Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2001, at her home.
She was born April 4, 1952, in Lawrence, the daughter of Eugene and Margie Eye Merritt.
Ms. Holladay was a stock room lead worker for Cintas Inc., Olathe, for a number of years.
Survivors include a daughter, Sam Holladay, Lawrence; a son, Rodney Holladay, Olathe; two brothers, Robert and Phil Merritt, Lawrence; three sisters, Pat Vena, Frontenac, Jane Spillman, Lawrence; and Cindy Long, San Diego, Calif; and six grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to Hospice Care of Douglas County or Douglas County Visiting Nurses Assn., sent in care of the mortuary.
