A man reported the theft of a white 1989 Jeep Wrangler valued at $3,500. The theft occurred between 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. at the 700 block of West Ninth Street.

According to Lawrence Police, a 19-year-old woman reported a rape in a parking lot at the 3300 block of Iowa Street. The crime occurred between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Feb. 17.
