Busch crew chief penalized

— NASCAR Busch Series crew chief Dave Fuge was fined $30,000 and suspended indefinitely by NASCAR on Tuesday for rules violations discovered in an inspection after Saturday night's Outback Steakhouse 300.

Fuge, the crew chief for the No. 61 team, was penalized for using unapproved roll bars in the race at Kentucky Speedway. The car, driven by Tim Sauter, finished 30th in the race.

Stephan Coulter, the owner of the car, was penalized 60 owner points and the car was relegated to a last-place finish, costing it another 39 owner points. Sauter also was penalized 60 points.
