Draft Registration

Selective Service Web site adds change of address page

The Selective Service System has made it easier for males ages 18 to 25 to fulfill their legal duty of updating their registration information with a new page on its Web site.

Any man who is registered and was born after 1959 can update his address information on the "change of address" page on the Selective Service Web site.

Federal law requires virtually all men to register with Selective Service within 30 days of turning 18. It also requires that they notify the agency within 10 days of an address change.

Gil Coronado, director of Selective Service, said the new Web site will make the process more convenient and fits the agency's desire for increased customer service.
