11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.: Public meeting for Douglas County Community Access to Information and Referral Services (CAIRS) at Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vt.

2:30 p.m.: Groundbreaking ceremony for Haskell museum and cultural arts center, Barker and Pawnee avenues.

6:30 p.m.: Inauguration powwow, Haskell, Coffin Sports Complex.


9 a.m.-10 a.m.: Cohousing site tour, Delaware Street Commons, 1208 Del., 842-4913. A business meeting follows the tour from 11 a.m. to noon.
