Safety measure

To the editor:

I have been aware for some time of the dangerous intersection of K-10 and the East Hills Industrial Park. Although, I do not work there; I do go there occasionally. Also, I have a relative who works there and says it is a dangerous intersection.

The cars going east on K-10 and making a left turn sometimes do not realize the speed of the cars coming west on K-10. In my opinion, the speed limit there should be lowered to 55 mph, and there should be a yellow flashing light warning of the danger. And it should be enforced when time and manpower will allow it to do so.
