Cub Scout Pack 3051 Tiger Cubs, chartered to Pinckney School, visited Fire Station No. 1 on Nov. 14.

The Cubs viewed the equipment and facilities as well as gained an understanding of how the department functioned.

The following Tigers and adult leaders attended: Christopher Sloan, William Thompson, Nicholas Crowe, Jamie Braden, Ian Gent, Mason Robinson, Johnathan Roberts and Dante Tucker. Joe Hickock, as well as Co-Den Leaders Scott and Camie Braden, were responsible for the event.



Den 5 of Cub Scout Pack 3059, chartered to the First Presbyterian Church, visited Fire Station 4.

Cubs who attended were Wayne Adams, Patrick Keizer, Patric Sanchez, Matt Schrock, Nathan Stringer, Randy Walter, Alex Glanzman, Chance Barritt and Tyson Erwin.



Webelo Scouts of Cub Scout Pack 3059, chartered to the First Presbyterian Church, attended the Veteran's Day ceremony at the American Legion Dorsey-Liberty Post No. 14.

Scouts who attended were Henry Chapman, Johnathan Gabler, Brendan Golledge, Eli Hodge, Derik Kappelman, Ryan Marienau, Adam Meyers, Doug Rawlings, Matt Ryan, Alex Schrock, John Wagner and Roy Wedge.

They were accompanied by Logan Marienau of Boy Scout Troop 55.

Den leaders who attended were Chris Golledge, Clay Kappelman, Richard Rawlings and Bruce Wagner.



The Tiger Cubs and second-year Webelos of Cub Scout Pack 3055, chartered to the Westside Presbyterian Church, conducted a camp-in at the Troop 55 cabin.

The Webelos helped the Tiger Cubs through an opening flag ceremony and taught them how to fold the flag.

Following the opening ceremony, the Webelos and Tigers broke into groups to learn about fire safety.

The Tiger Cubs helped the Webelos earn part of an Engineering Badge by making paper bridges and holding a bridge building contest.

The Scouts also did some scientific experiments. The boys then enjoyed an eat-in featuring hot dogs, chili, foil chicken dinners and corn on the cob.

After the Tiger Cubs departed camp, the older scouts continued to work on their Scholar, Engineering, Scientist, Family Member and Travelers badges and earned their Chess Belt Loop.

Second-year Webelos who attended were Josh Gore, Evan Taylor, Kiefer Gibler, Seth McCauley and Will Pellett. Tiger Cubs who attended were Chase Taylor, Kjell Mullenix, Cody Stanclift, Addison McCauley and Matt Keary.

Adult leaders who participated were Tom Gore, Jim Taylor, Bob Gibler and Connie Gore.

The Bear Den and the first-year Webelo Den from Pack 3055 raked leaves Nov. 17 at Sunset Hill School.

Those who participated were Ian Simmons, Steven Dalager, Cameron Howard, Christopher Grolock, James Murphy, Sha Detwiler, Justin Robertson and Will Dalager. Helpers were Heaven Dalager, Ellen Dalager, Sarah Dalager and Hannah Murphy.
