The Jayhawks shot a tournament-low team score of 277 on the final day at the Pasatiempo Golf Course. KU finished with a 54-hole total of 872 strokes.
Kansas shot a 299 in the first round and 296 in the second and was in 13th place after Monday's 36-hole opener.
KU senior Andy Stewart fired a final-round 4-under-par 66 to tie for 10th place with a three-day score of 216. Junior Travis Hurst (281) was tied for 17th, while senior Conrad Roberts and sophomore Chris Marshall tied for 31st at 221. Junior Casey Harbour tied for 55th with 227 strokes.
Kansas, ranked 34th in the latest golfstat rankings, matched last year's third-place finish at the Western Intercollegiate.
Oregon, ranked 31st in the latest polls, won the tournament with an 850.
KU will travel to Chapel Hill, N.C., for The Intercollegiate on April 14-15. Results on page 8C.
