A conference for early childhood educators will take place Friday, Oct. 13, and Saturday, Oct. 14, at Kansas University.
The conference, sponsored by the Kansas Association for the Education of Young Children, offers more than 80 different workshops, each of which targets either teachers of infants and toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, family child-care providers or center-based administrators.
Participants may receive up to six hours of in-service training, and continuing education units also are available. Registration is required. A late fee will be charged after Friday.
