Haskell tumbles, 24-3

Bethany, Okla. Jason Kilmer rushed for 130 yards on 25 carries and scored two touchdowns as Southern Nazarene (1-3) defeated Haskell, 24-3, on Saturday for the Crimson Storm's first victory as a football team.

Haskell's only score came on a 27-yard field goal from Scott Giroux in the fourth quarter.

Southern Nazarene held Haskell (2-3) to 38 yards rushing on 36 carries. Quarterback Brandon Watson was 18 of 44 passes for 208 yards.

Ottawa 41, Sterling 23

Ottawa Jay Alexander, a former Kansas University quarterback, threw for 293 yards and two TDs to lead Ottawa over Sterling in a Kansas Conference game. The Braves (3-1, 3-0) led 17-7 at halftime.
