Graveside services for Wauneta Viola Perry-Hamilton, 94, Lawrence, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery.
She died Sunday, June 25, 2000, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Perry-Hamilton was born May 5, 1906, in Colony, the daughter of Gilbert and Lilah (Mason) Bertholf. She went to schools in Colony before moving to Lawrence to attend business college.
A homemaker, she also had managed the Village Set clothing store and co-owned Little Women store, both in Lawrence. For many years, she also took the new baby pictures at LMH.
She was a member of First Christian Church and PEO Chapter AZ in Lawrence.
She married James I. Perry on April 5, 1929, in Lawrence. He died March 5, 1969. She then married Clyde Hamilton on Sept. 8, 1982, in Las Vegas. He survives in Fresno, Calif.
Survivors include two daughters, Jill Hemphill, DeSoto, and Jane Cooper, Lawrence; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Assn. or the charity of the donor's choice, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
