Lois Reynolds

— Services for Lois E. Reynolds, 87, DeSoto, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at DeSoto Baptist Church. Burial will be in DeSoto Cemetery.

Mr. Reynolds died Friday, Dec. 1, 2000, at the Anderson County Nursing Home, Garnett.

He was born Aug. 10, 1913, in Rosedale, the son of Montford and Guetrude Reynolds. He lived in DeSoto the past 50 years.

Mr. Reynolds retired from KCPL in 1977, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 54 and the DeSoto Baptist Church.

He married Sylvia Ewing on April 12, 1936. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Rosalie Anderson, Richmond, and Carolyn Krumsiek, Gilliam, Mo.; two sons, Robert, Holden, Mo., and Edward, DeSoto; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

A daughter, Kathern M. Reynolds, and a grandchild died earlier.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, DeSoto, where Masonic services will be at 6:30 p.m.

The family suggests memorials to DeSoto Baptist Church, P.O. Box E, DeSoto 66018.
