The game: Lawrence continues to dominate opposing defenses, needing only five carries to compile 183 yards and three touchdowns while playing just the first half. He also made five tackles.
Comment: "He doesn't do a lot of rah-rah stuff. He's pretty much a lead-by-example guy," FSHS coach Bob Lisher said. "He goes and plays hard, works hard and doesn't say a whole lot. He just gets it done. He's the nicest guy around, but when the helmet goes on he's a little different."
Honorable mention: Senior tailback-linebacker Chris Wheatley (school record 99-yard kickoff return), senior cornerback Bo Blevins (team-high third interception, key block on Wheatley's TD and recovered an onside kick), senior lineman-linebacker Jimmy Hahn (team-high 10 tackles), senior lineman-linebacker Craig Brewer (seven tackles).
