Motorists may encounter delays this week on these major streets due to construction projects, according to the Lawrence Public Works Department.
1. Connecticut, Eighth to 13th. Sections closed to through traffic for sanitary sewer relief improvements.
2. Ohio, 18th to 19th. Traffic restricted for water-line improvements.
3. Tennessee, 11th to 14th. Some parking removed for water line improvements.
4. 19th Street, Haskell to Learnard. Traffic restricted for water line improvements. 19th Street, Barker to Haskell. Closed to through traffic Tuesday for excavation work for a new water line.
5. Monterey Way, Harvard Road to 15th. Closed for street reconstruction and storm sewer improvements.
6. E. 23rd at Harper. One lane westbound traffic restricted for street widening project.
7. Clinton Parkway and Wakarusa Drive. One lane closed for curb repair.
8. Kasold Drive, Riverview to Tomahawk. One southbound lane closed for curb repair.
