KU to take part
in aging symposium
The "New Biology Of Aging" symposium will be held Sunday through Wednesday at the Hyatt-Regency Hotel, Kansas City, Mo.
Scientists from Kansas University will be involved with the symposium, as well as scientists from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Duke University and the University of Washington. The director of the National Institute on Aging will also participate.
Symposium fees range from $195 for general participants to $75 for graduate students and postdoctoral personnel. The Hyatt-Regency is offering rates of $121 a night for participants.
