ETHEL E. MOODY
Olathe -- Services for Ethel E. Moody, 78, Olathe, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Open Door Baptist Church, Kansas City, Kan. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Olathe.
Mrs. Moody died Thursday, Sept. 23, 1999, at the Olathe Medical Center.
She was a retired bookbinder and was a member of the Open Door Baptist Church, Kansas City, Kan.
Survivors include her husband, Orville "Bob" Moody, Olathe; two sons, Jerry Showalter, Garnett, and John Herrington, Olathe; a sister, Marie Randel, Baldwin; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Assn. or the National Kidney Foundation, and they may be sent in care of the funeral home.
