FERN A. WAUGE
Services for Fern A. Wauge, 87, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Wauge died Friday, Sept. 24, 1999, at her home.
She was born March 15, 1912, in Labette, the daughter of Leo Charles and Florence (Carmany) Scheidts. She moved to Lawrence in 1976 from Mayetta.
She married Fritz A. Wauge on April 10, 1935, in Parsons. He died March 25, 1987.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Walker, Lawrence; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A son, Fred Wauge, died in 1990.
A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary. The family will receive friends afterward.
The family suggests memorials to the Douglas County Visiting Nurses Assn., and they may be sent in care of the mortuary.
