A few months ago you printed an article about building an above-ground tornado shelter onto the side of your house. Can you reprint the directions or provide me with a phone number that I can call to find out how to do this?

The safe rooms, promoted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, are designed to provide protection from the forces of winds as high as 250 mph, including the impact of debris. FEMA and the Wind Engineering Research Center at Texas Tech University have developed designs to build the shelters.
