Graveside services for Harold Jerome Wilburn, 92, Topeka, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Lawrence.

Mr. Wilburn died Sunday, Sept. 19, 1999, at IHS Highland Park Nursing Facility, Topeka.

He was born Oct. 15, 1906, in Lawrence, the son of Jerome and Emily (Logan) Wilburn. He moved to Topeka in 1977 from Lawrence.

Mr. Wilburn was a custodian for Douglas County until his retirement, and was a member and past master of the Western Star Masonic Lodge No. 1, Lawrence.

He married Edith A. Williams on June 7, 1930, in Ottawa. She died Oct. 6, 1984.

Survivors include three sons, Donald Wilburn, Silver Spring, Md., Arthur Thompson, Lawrence, and Thomas Thompson, Topeka; a sister, Luella Harriford, Kansas City, Kan.; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Two sons, Wayman Wilburn and Homer Thompson, died earlier.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
