THE ANNUAL Heart of America Council Recognition Dinner and business meeting will be Nov. 17. The Pelathe District's Silver Beaver Award winner will be honored for his or her distinguished service to youth. Speaker for the event will be Rear Admiral Christopher E. THE ORDER OF THE ARROW, a BSA camping honorary, is planning two events. The annual fall fellowship for Tamegonit Lodge members will be next weekend at Theodore Naish Scout Reservation. Small fees will cover food, program supplies and insurance. The Order of the Arrow Vigil Banquet will be Oct. 2. Details will be announced later.
