Services for Magdalena (Redger) Dukelow, 71, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lawrence.
Mrs. Dukelow died Thursday, Sept. 16, 1999, at her home.
She was born July 18, 1928, in Gray County, the daughter of Daniel and Dena (Koehn) Redger. She graduated from Cimarron High School in 1946 and Grace Hospital Nursing School in 1949. She moved to Lawrence in 1951 from Cimarron.
Mrs. Dukelow worked at Grace Hospital, Hutchinson, and as an office nurse for Dr. Jackman in Cimarron until 1951. She then worked as a public health nurse at Haskell Health Center for 30 years, and worked for Dr. Segebrecht at Lawrence Otolaryngology Associates for the past 12 years.
Mrs. Dukelow was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She married Willis H. Dukelow on Dec. 26, 1951, in Cimarron. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include two sons, Daniel Dukelow, Lawrence, and Douglas Dukelow, Mission; two daughters, Sharon Reed, Topeka, and Dena Bracciano, Lawrence; a brother, Frank Redger, Dodge City; two sisters, Martha Redger, Cimarron, and Mary Ann Redger, Hutchinson; and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and Sunday at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The family suggests memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, and they may be sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.
