ELEANOR JOAN COFFMAN
Scranton -- Mass for Eleanor Joan Coffman, 78, Overbrook, will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church, Scranton. Burial will follow in Overbrook Cemetery.
Mrs. Coffman died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 1999, at her home.
She was born Feb. 2, 1921, in Topeka, the daughter of William John and Catherine (Karrigan) Wagenrodt. She graduated from Hayden High School in 1938.
Mrs. Coffman worked at Forbes Supply Depot during World War II. She was a member of Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, the Amaranth Club and the Valley Brook Club, all of Overbrook.
She married Clyde Donald Coffman on Feb. 15, 1947, in Topeka. He died Feb. 7, 1997.
Survivors include a son, Donald William Coffman, Overbrook; and a grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today at the Greenwood-Roberts-Heise Funeral Home, Overbrook, where a rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. today.
The family suggests memorials to the Overbrook Library or Saint Francis of Assisi Church, and they may be sent in care of the Greenwood-Roberts-Heise Funeral Home, P.O. Box 268, Overbrook 66524.
