Are they ever going to finish painting the railings on North Second Street? If so, when? If not, could they please remove the orange cones that are blocking traffic?
City Manager Mike Wildgen said Wednesday that the barrels were down and would remain down until Monday, "when they will go back up for the three days it will take to finish the project, weather permitting."
