Travon Bryant's in-home visit with Kansas basketball coach Roy Williams solidified KU as one of the 6-foot-8, 225-pound forward's favorite colleges.

"I can't rule anyone out, but I like Kansas a lot," Bryant, a Long Beach, Calif., native, told Insider's Report after Friday night's two-hour visit with KU's Williams. "We spoke about academics for about an hour."

Bryant said he also had a strong visit with Cincinnati coach Bob Huggins.

"At Kansas they are loaded at the four position," Bryant noted, "but that's fine since I will have a chance to learn. By my sophomore year, if I go there, I should be able to start."

Bryant has in homes left with South Florida, Oregon State, Missouri, Utah, California, Kentucky, Connecticut, Louisville and UCLA.

He will visit KU for Late Night With Roy Williams on Oct. 15. He says he will likely wait until the spring to sign but says that is not a certainty.
