The new Malls Shopping Center now under construction to the southwest of 23rd and Louisiana announced the addition of three more business operations -- Mrs. Tom Parker's gift shop, John Kieffer's hi-fi and record shop, and the Boxer Department Store. No formal opening date had been set for the project on the site of part of an old outdoor movie theater.
