LOWELL HENRY SCHWADA
Taylor, Mo. -- Services for Lowell Henry Schwada, 91, Quincy, Ill., will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church in Taylor. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Clarence.
Mr. Schwada died Monday, Sept. 6, 1999, at Blessing Hospital, Quincy, Ill.
He was born March 14, 1908, in Shelby County, Mo., the son of Henry and Rosa (Griswold) Schwada.
He married Vada C. Richardson on March 29, 1933, in Atlanta, Mo. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include a daughter, Sharon Pruett, Huntsville, Mo.; four sons, Duane, Lawrence, Kan., Fred, Geneseo, Ill., Richard, Quincy, Ill., and Robert, Whitefish, Mont.; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel, Palmyra.
The family suggests memorials to the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, and they may be sent in care of the Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel, 424 S. Main St., Palmyra, Mo. 63461.
