KU music department
receives $50,000 gift
George N. and Judy W. Heller, Lawrence, have given a $50,000 gift to enhance their scholarship fund for the Kansas University department of music and dance.
The gift will add to the George and Judy Heller Music Education Scholarship Fund established earlier this year.
Mr. Heller is a professor of music education at KU, and Mrs. Heller recently retired as secretary to the president of the KU Endowment Association, and is a former music teacher.
