I was wondering when Monterey Way was going to open.
The street may be open by Dec. 1, pending weather conditions, according to the city. However, construction will resume in spring 2000, possibly on April 1. The project could be completed by next summer.
"We will have it open to the adjacent property owners as needed through the winter," said City Engineer Terese Gorman.
